Mathematician visit

Recently, our school was fortunate enough to work alongside a great Mathematician and educator, Peter Sullivan. Peter has worked as a professor at the Monash University in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Mathematics and has worked with schools and students across Australia.

While visiting our school, Peter demonstrated Maths lessons to some of our classes while teachers observed him in action. This hands on approach to learning was very valuable for our teachers and the students enjoyed working with Peter as well. As a staff, we will now apply our learning from our time observing and speaking with Peter to further develop and improve our teaching of Mathematics.
